MVO Airconditioning possesses a multi-skilled personnel team. We recruit and retain the best professionals in the business. MVO have developed a variety of programs that provide our employees with the skills, knowledge, mentoring and the environment to succeed in the workplace. For our newer employees, these supplement our apprenticeship programme that currently has over 12 apprentices working in various areas of the business.

An experienced team of Project Managers, Supervisors, Administrators and Planners support the successful completion of our projects and service and maintenance contracts.
